In a restored 1830s railway goods shed under Salisbury Crags, the first single malt distillery in central Edinburgh in nearly a century, making gin alongside the whisky.

Where to buy it. We don’t sell gin and we take no commission, so the honest answer is to buy from the distillery. www.holyrooddistillery.co.uk is their own site. Good independent bottle shops will stock it too.
