The vertical distillery on the Leith shore. Lind & Lime is named for James Lind, the Edinburgh naval surgeon whose 1747 trial established that citrus prevented scurvy.

Where to buy it. We don’t sell gin and we take no commission, so the honest answer is to buy from the distillery. lindandlime.com is their own site. Good independent bottle shops will stock it too.
