On an organic estate below Ben Rinnes at Dufftown, using water from the hill and produce from the estate. The name refers to the eight parcels of land the estate is made of.

Where to buy it. We don’t sell gin and we take no commission, so the honest answer is to buy from the distillery. www.eight-lands.com is their own site. Good independent bottle shops will stock it too.
