A purpose-built distillery outside Newton Stewart, making its own base spirit from Scottish wheat and using noble fir needles gathered in the Galloway forest. It traded as Crafty Distillery until it took the Galloway name.

Where to buy it. We don’t sell gin and we take no commission, so the honest answer is to buy from the distillery. gallowaydistillery.com is their own site. Good independent bottle shops will stock it too.
